AK Clean & Care is seeking motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our team AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
LICENSE & INSURANCE REQUIRED;; WORK HOURS BETWEEN 10 A.M. & 5 P.M.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities.
Responsibilities include completing short-term rental turnovers in a timely manner with tasks including but not limited to:
- Washing, drying & folding laundry for properties
- Stripping & making beds
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soaps
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Notify management of any repairs needed or safety hazards observed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Technician is a plus
- Consistent, efficient & able to hustle
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Part-time (Saturday-Sunday-Monday) or Full-time (5 days per week) available
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
