Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain standard cost rates while analyzing variances and evaluating overall plant efficiency
- Support business unit controllers with standard rate inputs for quotations and profitability analysis by customer and part
- Lead month‑end close activities, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate annual planning processes and oversee capital expenditure workflows, including economic justification for projects
- Drive cost‑saving initiatives, validate performance improvements, and contribute to plant KPI achievement
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to the Plant Manager and corporate teams, providing insights that support operational and business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, and manufacturing finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior hands‑on experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400
- Skilled in forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical problem‑solving
- Background in manufacturing environments with solid knowledge of cost‑accounting principles
