Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and share insights with internal teams
- Stay current on product offerings, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations
- Expand sales within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities
- Address customer concerns and convert prospects into loyal clients
- Present product features, pricing, and terms; prepare quotes and sales documentation
- Cultivate referral networks to generate new leads
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, expenses, and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
- Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
