Outside Sales Executive

Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives.

· Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with existing customers.

· Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and solutions to effectively address customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and actively manage opportunities through the sales cycle to consistently meet or exceed established sales goals.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

· Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

· Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed.

· Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts within the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· 5 years of successful sales experience within the plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing industry.

· Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and business development objectives.

· Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain productive customer relationships.

· Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

· Proficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required.

· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
