Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build connections with potential customers by introducing products and services and offering solutions.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and report findings to the Vice President – Sales
- Gather and analyze competitive information and present findings to the Vice President – Sales
- Participate in trade shows, observe market trends, and collaborate with Technical Services on innovative solutions for customer products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required
- At-least 5 years of prior sales experience in a contract manufacturing environment
- Traveling out of town is essential for resolving supplier and customer issues and for building new customer relationships.
- Able to manage a high-volume workload while still staying focused on meeting customer objectives
