- ISO CNC and precision assembly environment
- Experience with quality assurance process expertise to include QMS, quality control, documentation, audit, customer complaints, testing, validation, etc.
- 5 years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP, and lean problem-solving principles.
- ERP systems and implementation
- GD&T
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- ISO CNC and precision assembly environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience performing internal audits and audit reporting.
- 5 years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP and lean problem-solving principles.
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
- ERP systems and implementation.
- Continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing
- GD&T
- Strong working knowledge of value driven supplier KPI and scorecard development and implementation.
- Ensure the overall quality of manufactured products
- Implementing action plans, and providing resources.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Manage quality assurance activities to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
- Document all technical procedures and user guides.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
