Facilities Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily upkeep of buildings, production equipment, and utility systems while ensuring reliability for manufacturing operations
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, fire safety, and environmental standards; conduct inspections and coordinate corrective actions with EH&S teams
• Develop and track preventive maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and facility systems; troubleshoot CNC machines, water treatment, plumbing, and compressed air systems
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and construction; manage facility upgrades, improvement projects, and space planning
• Maintain compliance records, assist with budgets and capital expenditure planning, and lead emergency response, disaster recovery, and safety training initiatives

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• At least five years of experience in facility or maintenance management within a manufacturing setting.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional EH&S or OSHA certifications are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing), EH&S compliance, CNC machinery, and water treatment systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting, project management, and proficient with CMMS maintenance software and Microsoft Office tools
