What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Supervisor – 3rd Shift position at Ajulia Executive Search?
Responsibilities
- Work with machining staff to improve production quality and efficiency
- Oversee CNC setup, tooling, fixturing, gaging, programming, and machine operation
- Read and interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements
- Train CNC operators on proper processes and techniques
- Supervise CNC production employees during daily operations
- Maintain production records, quality paperwork, and tool inventory
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- A two‑year engineering‑related degree is preferred
- At least three years of experience working with CNC machines and mechanical tools
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam is preferred
- Forklift operation experience is helpful
Salary: $25/hr. 3rd shift premium of 15% which would take the hourly rate to $28.75
