Responsibilities
- Leads general accounting operations, including full-cycle close processes and preparation of accurate financial reports
- Serves as primary contact for external audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Oversees daily AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow activities to support smooth financial operations
- Partners with senior leadership to deliver financial analysis and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Manages cost accounting functions, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Maintains accurate inventory and production cost records while monitoring KPIs tied to efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA a plus
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- Expert proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Experience working with Sage Accounting systems
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Local candidates only (on‑site role)
Salary: $100k - $120k
