Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor construction project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, RFIs, and submittals
- Track project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project updates
- Assist in preparing project reports, status updates, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and project specifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
- Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and project management workflows
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
