Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists to ensure consistent quality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other hygiene products to ensure availability at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines to the supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every space
- Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality results
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors when needed
- Arrive on time and ready to work
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to travel between cleaning locations
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and efficiency.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation is a plus.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
