Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integrations to support business process automation and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and APIs.
• Implement and enhance modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security compliance within the platform.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
