Compensation
- Monthly production-based pay with a daily minimum guarantee
- Qualified doctors should easily exceed the guarantee and earn $300K in year one, with substantial upside as your patient base grows
- Full-time schedule: 4–4.5 days/week
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with strong skills in crown & bridge, cosmetic dentistry, minor oral surgery and endodontics
- Formal cosmetic training preferred
- Implant surgical skills not mandatory. Facility is equipped for implant surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone who connects with patients and builds trust quickly
