Position Overview
Tech Alchemy is pioneering the future of real estate investment through blockchain-powered property tokenization. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead operational strategy, business execution, and global expansion initiatives across our digital real estate ecosystem. This role requires a strategic operator with deep expertise in fintech, digital assets, real estate operations, and cross-border organizational management.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale operational infrastructure, drive execution excellence, and establish Tech Alchemy as a global leader in tokenized real estate investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations across technology, compliance, partnerships, investor relations, and platform delivery to ensure scalable and efficient growth.
Strategic Expansion & Market Development
Support executive leadership with operational planning, market-entry execution, and business scaling strategies for new regions, institutional partnerships, and tokenized asset offerings.
Blockchain & Tokenization Operations
Oversee operational frameworks related to digital asset issuance, property tokenization workflows, smart contract coordination, and investor onboarding processes within blockchain ecosystems.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable international regulations, KYC/AML requirements, digital asset frameworks, and real estate investment standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Cross-Border Integration
Coordinate operational alignment and resource management between Tech Alchemy and its parent organization, Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd., ensuring seamless collaboration between global teams.
Investor & Partner Relations
Represent the company professionally with institutional investors, developers, regulators, legal advisors, and strategic ecosystem partners to strengthen market credibility and business growth.
Technology & Process Optimization
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency, implement scalable systems, and support innovation within blockchain-enabled real estate platforms.
Qualifications
Senior Leadership Experience
15 years of progressive leadership experience in Real Estate, Fintech, PropTech, Blockchain, or Digital Asset industries, including at least 8–10 years in senior operational or executive management roles.
Real Estate & Digital Asset Expertise
Strong understanding of property investment structures, real estate operations, tokenization models, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized finance ecosystems.
Global Business Acumen
Experience managing international operations, scaling startups or high-growth ventures, and coordinating cross-border teams and partnerships.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Demonstrated ability to transform complex operational and financial data into actionable business strategies that support executive decision-making and investor confidence.
Technical & Operational Knowledge
Familiarity with blockchain platforms, smart contract workflows, ERP systems, compliance frameworks, and modern operational technologies.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with investors, regulatory bodies, institutional stakeholders, and international partners.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced professional qualifications are strongly preferred.
