AJM Cleaning Services, LLC – Cleaning Technician (Apartment Complexes)
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview:
AJM Cleaning Services, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to service apartment complexes in the Manitowoc area. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and property managers.
Responsibilities:
- Clean apartment units (move-in/move-out cleanings)
- Clean common areas (hallways, stairwells, entryways, laundry rooms)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Spot clean windows and glass surfaces
- Report any damages or maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
