We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role is responsible for managing administrative processes, coordinating client communications, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, managing email correspondence, and ensuring projects and transactions move efficiently from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of maintaining an organized and professional office environment. Responsibilities also include keeping assigned work areas clean, organized, and presentable while supporting the overall efficiency of the office.

Salary : $15 - $25
