development. Position Overview: The Fulfillment Shipper is responsible
for end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping accuracy; ensures on-time
delivery, 100% order accuracy, and adherence to safety, quality, and
food-safety (GMP) requirements. Operates warehouse equipment and
order-picking systems; loads/unloads trucks including frozen product
handling. Key Responsibilities: - Process Fishbowl orders using shipping
software; pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. -
Load/unload trucks, wrap outbound pallets, and manage end-of-day UPS
shipments. - Maintain shipping supplies, alert lead for reorder when
stock drops below minimum. - Report issues affecting quality, accuracy,
or timeliness to Team Lead; communicate product defects to Quality. -
Maintain sanitary work area and follow food safety/GMP policies (PPE,
hair/beard nets, gloves). - Perform inventory cycle counts and other
Warehouse/Fulfillment procedures as assigned. - Use computers, scanners,

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - 2

Ability to read, write, and speak English. - Ability to operate
warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack, wave/palletizer), and use
order-picking software and scanners. - Able to recognize lot numbers,
date codes, and visually detect product deviations. - Strong attention
