Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, direct-hire role for a Customer Service Representative—Call Center located in Delray Beach, Florida area. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions in a healthcare setting. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing concerns with professionalism, and documenting all communications. You will proactively work to enhance the overall customer experience by engaging in problem-solving and providing support to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction in a call center setting scheduling appointments and dealing with basic billing / insurance questions
- Skill in managing and improving Customer Experience through professional interactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is a plus
