Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Grand Island, NY. The Leasing Consultant will manage the leasing process, including showing properties, explaining lease terms, processing applications, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. Responsibilities also include resident retention efforts, building rapport with residents, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner. The role requires clear communication with prospective and current residents while maintaining accurate lease documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Experience with leases, lease administration, and managing lease processes
- Resident retention and customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver exceptional service and handle inquiries effectively
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Prior experience in property management or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage
