AJF Inspections is a well-established and reputable Home inspection Brand of LaunchPad Home Group, proudly serving the greater Phoenix area. We’re growing and looking to add a Home Inspector to our dynamic team.

If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you. Must have completed NHIE to apply for the Apprentice program. You’ll need to complete your Arizona Home Inspection License (AZ BTR) before becoming a full inspector with us.

Our clientele consists of real estate brokers, prospective buyers, sellers, and homeowners. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections for various purposes, including pre-purchase, pre-listing, and maintenance inspections. This may encompass assessments for mold, radon, and termite infestations, among other potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive property inspections, utilizing your technical knowledge and attention to detail to assess structural and mechanical components.
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections to provide valuable insights to potential buyers regarding the condition of the property.
• Perform pre-listing inspections to assist sellers in understanding and addressing any issues that may affect the sale of their property.
• Conduct maintenance inspections to help homeowners proactively identify and address issues, ensuring their property's long-term integrity.
• Perform specialized inspections for mold, radon, termite infestations, and other environmental concerns, providing clients with accurate and actionable information.
• Navigate attics and crawl spaces
• Walk on a roof with moderate pitch without any fear of heights
• Lift 50 pounds
• Ability to differentiate colors
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have completed NHIE to apply for the Apprentice program.
• BTR-certified home inspector license a plus.
• Proven experience in property inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of structural and mechanical systems.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to identify potential issues and assess property conditions accurately.
• Technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey inspection findings to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• A valid Arizona driver's license
