This role will focus on helping the organization leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve decision-making, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. The intern will assist in consolidating company data, strategic inputs, and supporting cross-functional projects across the organization.
This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies in a global business environment, and contribute directly to strategic initiatives impacting the company’s long-term direction.

Internship Responsibilities
AI Development & Data Management
- Organize and upload structured and unstructured data into AI platforms to enable effective knowledge retrieval and analysis.
- Identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows, improve research capabilities, and support strategic decision making.
- Consolidate strategic inputs and submissions.
- Synthesize data from internal stakeholders to support planning and analysis.
- Assist leadership in structuring insights, summaries, and reports derived from collected information.
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather relevant project information.
- Assist multiple members of the leadership team on AI-enabled initiatives and strategic projects.
- Flexible internship structure
- 20-35 hours per week.
- Schedule determined based on candidate availability and project needs.
Internship Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize large volumes of information.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously for extended work sessions (up to 10 hours)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong research, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working with new technologies and artificial intelligence platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with data management, AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus.
- Candidates must be current graduate or undergraduate students pursuing degrees related to Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
