We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. Core Job Functions:
Own and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for various employee groups, including:
· Job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
· Background and qualification verification, pre-employment testing, and pre-hire documentation
· Offer preparation, documentation, and payroll handoff.
· Draft, issue, and track employment offers, ensuring offer details are accurate, approved, and communicated to candidates in a timely manner.
· Collect completed new-hire documents, review for completeness, and provide required employee information to payroll for setup and processing.
· Orientation coordination and follow-up.
· Coordinate and assist with new-hire orientations, including preparing materials, confirming attendance, supporting completion of required forms, and helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
· Assist with the coordination of new-hire training
· Work in coordination with operations groups, managers, compliance, payroll, and others to support the successful onboarding of new hires.
· Provide general administrative support related to recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll handoffs, benefits administration, reporting, and other HR processes as required.
· Provide support with benefits administration, including employee communication, document collection, tracking, and follow-up.
· Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
· Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, or HR administration is considered an asset.
· Transportation experience considered an asset
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential employee information accurately and professionally are required.
· Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
· Experience with Microsoft Office suite
· Analytical and problem-solving skills are required
· Strong interpersonal skills required
· High level of motivation and energy

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
