• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company policies
• Identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency and customer service
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews for Dispatch staff
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to management
• Jump into dispatch duties directly when operational needs call for it
• Take on other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of transportation dispatch experience, including supervisory experience - required
• Bonus points for experience managing dispatch of dump trucks, dump trailers, pneumatic bulk trailers, tank trailers, or hazmat transportation
• Solid knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and Hours-of-Service regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Sharp decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment
• A genuine commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement

Bonus Experience We'd Love to See

• Background supporting asphalt plants, power generation facilities, concrete plants, bulk LP facilities, or construction/industrial operations
