Job Description
Our team is currently looking for an experienced diesel electrical and mechanical technician to assist in the repair and maintenance of our growing fleet of heavy trucks /trailers. Work will be performed in-shop or onsite. The successful candidate will perform truck / trailer repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles, and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. He / she must be able to work independently and responsibly. Job Requirements: Diesel Mechanic Technician (Engine, Diagnostics and Electrical Preferred)
- 5 years' experience as a heavy diesel mechanic
- PACCAR / Cummins / CAT experience a plus
- Familiarity with industry software applications a plus (Davie4, Cummins Insight, ESA, Bendix, Allison)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have own tools appropriate for the position (diagnostic and specialty tools provided)
- Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have valid driver's license and own transportation
