Warehouse & Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a reliable and bilingual (Spanish–English) Warehouse & Maintenance Associate to join our team in Freeport, Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, forklift operation, and basic repair tasks such as painting and general cleaning. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and able to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of warehouse and office facilities
  

• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading containers
  

• Conduct basic painting, cleaning, and minor repair tasks
  

• Monitor and inspect the property perimeter to ensure safety and cleanliness
  

• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory, reports, and daily tasks
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Bilingual: Spanish and English

Previous experience in facility maintenance and forklift operation

Basic skills in painting, cleaning, and general upkeep

Basic computer literacy (email, inventory systems, or similar)

Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

Benefits

Starting wage: $17 per hour

Eligibility for an increase to $20 per hour after a 3-month probationary period, based on performance
