Tire Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on tire services. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Some roles include overseeing employees, selling tires, automotive parts, service repairs, & preventative maintenance. As a Tire Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our employees & customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Willingly provides superior customer service levels that exceed customer expectations while staying within the company policies
• Establishes trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness with customers & demonstrates a sincere concern for them
• Listens effectively to understand & communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees all pertinent subject manager.
• Accurately answers questions both over the phone in at store location.
• Determines and addresses the customer's needs, problems, complaints, requests, questions, and deadlines in a business-like manner.
• Presents a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional image to customers.
• Builds a loyal customer base.
• Verifies with the office manager that the appropriate services have been completed.
• Learns and maintains current product knowledge on all tires, service and other product lines that are represented, as well as, those of competitors.
• Prepares accurate estimates and invoices for cumtomers.
• Invoices customers using proper procedures for cash, charge, or credit.
• Knows, understands, and performs the tire technician duties.
• Establishes priorities on a daily basis among completing requirements to insure that products and services are delivered to customers as promised.
• Analyzes, organizes and monitors daily activities together with the office manager
• Learns and utilizes the computer system.
• Follows daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintains accurate inventories for tires, parts, and other product lines.
• Will be occasionally required to work Saturdays and dispatch after hours calls.

Experience

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in automotive service or as a service technician is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire changes and other services
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
