About Us
AJ's on East Court is one of Iowa's most awarded karaoke bars. We are looking for a creative, energetic content creator who can capture the excitement of our guests and turn it into engaging social media content that drives people through our doors.
This is not a desk job. You will be in the action, capturing singers, crowd reactions, special events, and unforgettable moments.
What You'll Do
- Film singers, crowd reactions, and nightlife content
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Use AI and editing tools to create captions and polished content
- Schedule approved content to social media platforms
- Grow AJ's online presence and audience
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating social media content
- Comfortable filming in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality, entertainment, nightlife, concert, or event experience
- Experience using AI tools for content creation
- Photography and videography experience
- Understanding of social media trends and algorithms

The Ideal Candidate
