Job Title: Junk Removal Specialist
Job Summary: The Junk Removal Specialist is responsible for the efficient and safe removal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This role involves interacting with clients, assessing their junk removal needs, and ensuring that items are properly sorted, disposed of, or recycled.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
* Arrive at job sites on time and perform site assessments.
* Load and transport junk items safely and efficiently to designated disposal facilities.
* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during the removal process.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and explain disposal processes.
* Sort and identify items for recycling or donation whenever possible.-
* Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain accurate records of services rendered and payments received.
* Work as part of the company team for marketing and promotion
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license and good driving record.
* Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Personal Drive. A willingness to grow with our company

* Experience driving a box truck or similar size vehicle is preferred but not required

Work Environment:

Compensation: Hourly wage or commission-based pay, depending on the employer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
