- Engage with customers to understand their personal needs, offering expert advice and product demonstrations.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability for customers.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations, while providing excellent customer service at checkout.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote new products or special offers through product demos or promotional events.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels to support efficient store operations.
- Proven experience in sales within the Retail Jewelry industries.
- Strong negotiation skills to close high-end sales effectively while building trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Merchandising strategies, and POS systems.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing and inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products confidently without overselling.
- Familiarity with retail sales environments including stocking, and maintaining visual displays.
