Used Car Salesperson

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer focused Used Car Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build relationships with customers. Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required. Skills in social media marketing are a plus. Potential to make $100,000.00 plus a year.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
• Showcase vehicles, explain features, and provide accurate pricing of vehicles.
• Maintain product knowledge of inventory, including incoming inventory.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create and post engaging content for the dealership's social media platforms to promote inventory and events.
• Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. (But not required)
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for marketing purposes.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
