- Coordination & Scheduling: Liaise with service/parts departments for equipment prep and attachments.
- Customer Support: Provide updates to sales reps on delivery timelines and manage customer inquiries.
- Administration & Inventory: Maintain accurate sales files, manage inventory, and handle invoicing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or similar is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in material handling equipment, logistics, or a sales support role is highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
