What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at AJ Chocolate House?
We are a high-end cafe from Europe specializing in desserts and brunch food. We are looking for an experienced kitchen team member to join our Winter Park Team.
Duties:
- Prepare food stations
- Assemble food and dessert menu items like sandwiches and fondue
- Handle waffle maker, panini press, and ice cream machine
- Prepare for food service
- Make Ice Cream
- Wash and organize dishes
- Bus and clean tables
- Ensure kitchen, inventory, and order quality standards are upheld and timely
Required:
- Availability weekends and holidays
- Food service kitchen experience
- Familiarity with Spanish is preferred
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
