Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit engagements for public and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB or AICPA standards.
- Manage sections of complex audits including revenue, equity, debt, valuations, and business combinations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing 10‑K/10‑Q filings and other SEC‑related documentation.
- Coach, supervise, and mentor junior staff throughout engagements.
- Identify audit issues and provide practical, well‑reasoned solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
- Build strong client relationships and support ongoing communication.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of audit experience (public‑company experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, PCAOB or AICPA standards.
- Experience with SEC engagements is a bonus but not essential.
- Driven, curious, and motivated to progress in a fast‑expanding team.
