Retail Sales Associate

Guide customers through available wireless products and services based on their individual needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Work with customers face-to-face to ascertain their needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and service needs
Track account activity and proactively identify opportunities for growth
