What you’ll do
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage data entry.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and enhance employee relations.
- Assist in strategic planning efforts related to workforce management, organization design, and succession planning.
- Manage employee schedules and roster.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for payroll.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of human capital management practices, including talent management and change management.
- Administrative experience in an HR setting is highly desirable.
- Understanding of affirmative action planning and workers' compensation processes.
