Rippleside Elementary School is looking for Summer School ESY Paraprofessionals who are willing to work with students that have some emotional/physical and or academic support needs. Candidates must be able to work with many different levels of special needs students and collaborate with special services team members. This position may support one or more students in a regular academic or elective classroom as well as in our special needs' facilities. Staff will be expected to ensure that all students with special needs and emotional disabilities receive a high-quality education aligned with their personal goals and state standards.

We are hiring:

1 full time paraprofessional for 4 days a week (M-TH) from (8:00 - 3:00 pm)

2 ESY paraprofessional's for Monday and Tuesday from (8:00 - 3:00 pm)

1 ESY paraprofessional for Monday and Tuesday from (12:00 - 3:00 pm)

Dates: June 8th through July 28th.

Job Summary:

• Collaborate with teaching staff to support the growth and development of students with different disabilities.
• Document and gather data needed for adjusting students growth activities.
• Communicate frequently with teachers, colleagues, and administrators through all available means of technology.
• Establish and maintain high standards for completing homework and academic standards for the students in the program.
