Overview

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities.
- Implement individualized support plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care and support for clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote skill development and independence.
- Assist clients with creative woodworking project creation and assembly
Experience
Candidates should possess a strong background in construction-related skills, which may include:
- Basic woodworking construction skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction experience.
