As a Legal/Office Assistant and receptionist, you will be performing administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering the phones, maintaining a welcoming front desk environment for visitors and clients, ordering supplies, scanning and archiving documents and files, and assisting with billing and banking functions. Depending upon the level of proficiency, you may be asked to assist in the drafting of letters, legal documents and filings.
Pay is negotiable.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with working in a law firm is highly recommended.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer literacy and word processing skills.
- Excellent client service and phone etiquette is necessary.
- Committed to living and working in the greater Pullman/ Moscow and surrounding communities.
- Must be able to begin May 2026.

Duties
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and managing office correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Word Perfect Office for document preparation and organization.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and draft legal documents to be reviewed by attorneys for probates and estate planning.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
