We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our Intelligence Group to drive the design and implementation of Generative AI workflows and agents.
💡 About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will:
- Apply large language models (LLMs) and NLP pipelines for use cases like opportunity scoring, buyer engagement, summarization, and recommendations.
- Build agentic workflows to power conversational AI and next-best-action systems.
- Dive deep into our data to research and develop meaningful heuristics for AI models
- Integrate AI outputs into customer-facing APIs, dashboards, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability across environments using AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker).
- Contribute to a growing AI/ML platform with reusable components for experimentation, monitoring, and evaluation.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Experience running LLM retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic reasoning in production.
- Experience using model evaluation frameworks such as MLFlow to experiment and qualify model performance.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Llamaindex and Pydantic AI.
- Strong Python experience
- Experience deploying models on Databricks and AWS.
- Experience building and using data transformation pipelines.
Strong Plus:
- 5 years of experience in ML/AI roles with production experience.
- Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating with sales tools like Salesforce and Hubspot, and Emails, Chat, and other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of security, bias, and explainability practices in AI systems.
