Senior IT & Records Consultant

Reports To: Program Manager
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000

Job Summary:
Position contingent upon successful award. Provide expert consulting on records management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Email, DMS, ECM), analyze and optimize systems, recommend improvements, implement solutions, advise on best practices, and deliver training.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate systems and define technical solutions
Oversee pilot design, implementation, and compliance measurement
Lead behavioral change management and training activities
Provide technical expertise for data extraction, database development, analysis, and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
24 years of experience (minimum of 20 years required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Information Professional (CIP)
Extensive experience with SharePoint and ECM solutions
Experience in federal information governance and compliance
