Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000

Job Summary:
Position contingent upon successful award. Develop, maintain, and review organizational policies to align with the Federal Enterprise Architecture and regulatory frameworks. Communicate policies, identify improvement areas, integrate updates, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate audits and assessments
Integrate new processes into existing workflows
Facilitate quality improvements and training programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8 years of experience (minimum of 5 years required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Federal regulatory compliance experience
Policy development and training experience
