Records Information Management Analyst – Level 2

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000

Job Summary:
Position contingent upon successful award. Supports RIM projects with research, documentation, analytical tasks, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and perform records inventory
Develop data sheets and records descriptions
Generate reports and assist in creating records schedules
Support legal research and training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 years of experience (minimum of 1 year required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with records management software
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with legal research and regulatory compliance
