Assist the BON discipline unit with the following:
  • Research, review and summarize criminal history and adverse action matters of multi-state RN and LPN applicants.
  • Implementation of new compact has increased application numbers and discipline unit matters significantly, possible disciplinary matters and consumer complaints.
  • Drafting provisional and final orders of discipline.
  • Drafting of general correspondence.
  • Any other additional work as it relates to the disciplinary unit.
