Join AIT Home Delivery as an independent contractor team delivering and assembling home furnishings for a well-known discount furniture retailer. You’ll run Tuesday–Saturday routes across the Kansas City, KS area and return home every day.
A day in the life
Morning dispatch, then you and your partner head out with a curated manifest of customer stops. You’ll provide room-of-choice delivery, white-glove assembly, and light setup—from attaching sofa legs to assembling beds and shelving. Your customer service and efficiency directly impact your earnings and future volume.
Contract and earnings
- 1099 independent contractor engagement
- Weekly settlements
- Annual earning potential per team: $170,000–$225,000 (varies by volume, location, and service quality)

- Operate as a two-person crew (helper required)

- Active DOT/MC authority

- 1 year of final-mile, in-home install experience with home goods preferred
