• Install and assemble in‑ground basketball systems, including site prep, concrete work, and final setup to manufacturer standards.
• Deliver a white‑glove customer experience—professional, timely, and communicative.
• Take on additional assembly work (optional) for fitness equipment and furniture.

• Experience with cement (mixing, pouring, setting posts/anchors).
• Vehicle: pick‑up truck, cargo van, or sprinter van. You must own or lease a cargo van, sprinter, or smaller box truck (other vehicles may be reviewed).
• Tools & know‑how: your own hand and power tools, plus the mechanical aptitude to build to manufacturer specifications.
• Business status: operate as a business entity with an EIN (federal tax ID) — this can be obtained (free) at irs.gov.
• Two‑person capability: most jobs require a reliable helper.
