Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Global IT category management strategy.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor management programs.
- Manage enterprise IT spend across categories (Software, Hardware, Telecom, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services).
- Build strong relationships with CIO/CTO, business stakeholders, and key IT vendors.
- Drive change management and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Lead sourcing lifecycle (RFx, negotiation, implementation).
- Manage and mentor a strategic sourcing team.
Key Requirements:
- 10 15 years in IT Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (leadership role).
- Strong experience across global IT spend categories.
- Cloud contract negotiation experience (must-have).
- Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and category strategy execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Consulting background preferred.
