Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage daily jobsite operations for roadway and earthwork projects. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, conducting inspections, managing materials and equipment, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work meets specifications and schedules. Oversees forepersons and craft personnel, ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5 years as Superintendent/Foreperson leading heavy equipment crews
• 10 years in roadway construction (earthwork, utilities, grading, etc.)
• Strong blueprint and specification reading skills
• Ability to manage crews, schedule work, and ensure safety compliance
• Valid driver’s license and clean background
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
