Requirements:
- 5 years as Superintendent/Foreperson leading heavy equipment crews
- 10 years in roadway construction (earthwork, utilities, grading, etc.)
- Strong blueprint and specification reading skills
- Ability to manage crews, schedule work, and ensure safety compliance
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
