Position Summary:
We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator to support mission-critical government systems and cloud modernization. You will architect, secure, and maintain Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, implement CI/CD automation, and ensure compliance within structured, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Administration: Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Enterprise (access controls, RBAC, repository standards, security policies, and auditing).
- Pipeline Engineering: Design and maintain secure Manual and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Cloud Integration: Integrate pipelines with Azure services (AKS, App Services, Functions, SQL, Key Vault).
- Security & Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation, compliance logging, and ATO processes.
- Team Support: Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, Git workflows, and GitHub Copilot; troubleshoot complex deployment issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Core Tech: Strong administration experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
- CI/CD: Highly proficient in building YAML & Manual pipelines via Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure (AKS, SQL, Key Vault, Storage).
- Security: Solid understanding of RBAC, governance, and secure cloud operations.
- Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent documentation skills, and comfort working in structured, government-stakeholder environments.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with AI platforms
