Role Summary:
We are seeking 4 highly skilled Agentic AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) specialists to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions for a major financial institution. You will work directly with the end client to integrate autonomous AI agents and NLP models into enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents to solve complex business problems.
- Build and fine-tune NLP models for text classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and document processing.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases) and existing LLM frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to evaluate model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
- Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy in a production environment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Experience deploying AI models in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work onsite at JP Morgan offices as required.
