Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Russian and English) Trucking Safety Coordinator to support our clients with daily compliance tasks, driver onboarding, and document management.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and drivers in Russian and English
- Review driver applications and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs)
- Track expirations (CDLs, medical cards, MVRs, etc.) and request updated documents
- Coordinate Clearinghouse registrations and drug/alcohol testing
- Monitor safety records (inspections, violations, crashes) and document updates
- Help prepare for DOT audits and respond to safety-related inquiries
- Update internal systems and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Collaborate with our Safety, Legal and Client Support teams
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of in-person work experience in the United States that involved using a computer, handling paperwork and documentation (Required).
- Should know how to use a computer and tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel/Microsoft Word, etc.
- Fluent in Russian and English (verbal and written) — required.
- Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. because this is an office-based role. This is NOT a remote position.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST)
- Monday to Friday only
- No weekends
Experience:
- Must have at least 6 months of in-person work experience in the United States that involved using a computer, handling paperwork and documentation (Required).
Language:
- Should be fluent in both Russian and English (Required)
Notes:
- This role may occasionally require you to travel to another state to help prepare for an audit and it will last for 1-2 days (during weekdays only) after you've been with us for a while (6 months and up). This might happen a few times a month some months. All expenses such as food, gas or plane tickets will be covered by the company.
- We conduct a two-day training trial, which is unpaid. This gives you the chance to see what the work is like and decide if it’s something you’d like to continue with. It's observational and not a workload-heavy 2-day training.

You’ll be eligible for Paid Time Off (paid leaves) once you reach your third month.
